Lindsay is a god send! I do not usually write reviews but I think everyone in Sarasota needs to know about this place!!!
I had so much pain and stiffness in my neck and shoulder. I tried everything massages, chiropractors, even cryo therapy nothing really cured it they just helped alleviate temporarily for a day or two and back. I went to golden age once and I haven’t had any pain for months now. I will see her again for her advice on wellness and just some maintenance.
Lindsay is so knowledgeable on so many levels of wellness. She explained a lot to me. I feel blessed to have found her!! Everyone should try at least once. I will go to her every time I come to Sarasota now.

Location
Located downtown by Whole Foods in the Urbanite Theatre building, up the staircase just left of Kahwa Coffee. Walking straight back, it's the last door.
Parking
The most reliable parking is in the free 4 hour parking garage located above the Whole Foods parking lot. The entry to the ramp is on 2nd Street. Whole Foods offers 2 hour parking, as does the small lot adjacent to the building.
Preparation
Please complete the brief initial paperwork emailed to you after your appointment is scheduled via text or phone. I ask that you don't wear scents to your appointment, as they interfere with diagnosis.
Arrival
Please arrive on time and not sooner than 5 minutes early, out of respect to the previous patient.
